Director Terry Wilson Retires from Spencer Lake Christian Center; New Administrator Introduced

As District Superintendent, I would like to start by thanking you for your support in partnering with Spencer Lake Christian Center (SLCC). As most of you have heard, we are in the middle of an important time of transition here at SLCC. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Terry Wilson for his years of ministry in administrating our camp facility. Terry has done an outstanding job in directing our camp as well as improving the grounds and buildings of SLCC. Terry has poured his heart into our camp.

Things have never looked better. Terry deserves a huge thank you for all that he has accomplished while at the helm of our camp.

Terry stepped down in October as administrator. He is still living by the camp and is enjoying what he would call semi-retirement. He will be helping us out on some projects and will be around as a friend to the camp for years to come.

I would also like to take this opportunity to share with you an introduction to our new camp administrator. His name is Bill Pimpo. Bill, his wife Natalie, and two girls, Hannah (14) and Madison (12), are coming to us from the Kenosha area. The Pimpos have been involved in Kenosha First Assembly of God. Bill has most recently served on the Deacon Board at First Assembly. They have ministry experience as youth pastors, as well as serving in many ministry areas in the church.
