The Fourth Christian Church Schism

   The Christian Church has gone through three major schisms.  The first major schism was in 451 AD.  The second major schism took place in 1054, and the third major schism was in 1054.
   In this post-modern period of the Christian Church, the major issue confronting the church is homosexuality and same-sex marriage.  This may be the church’s fourth major schism.
   I would like to take a short journey on how the church has gotten to the edge of the fourth major schism.  The church has always had homosexual members that were musicians, choir members and directors, but they were “in the closet.”  However, starting in the 1960s, there was a movement that gave birth to a civil rights movement, the women’s rights movemwnt and finally the gay rights movement.  The gay rights movement consists of LGBT, NAMBLA and pedophiles.
   Throughout history, homosexuality has been viewed as abnormal and deviant behavior.  Psycholosgists and psychiatrists view homosexuality as a mental illness.
