Training and Equipping Christian Leaders

  During the months of February, March and April, Wise Intentional Leadership Development (WILD) training has and is going on by the national leaders WILD International (based in Rhinelander, WI.) has developed.  In countries such as Liberia, Ivory Coast, Uganda, Zambia, Malawi, Zimbabwe and Nepal, indigenous Christian leaders are developing their people in leadership from the Christian perspective.  One other location where training is going on is Sierra Leone.  The following is from Rev. Patrick Fafona, WILD’s National Director for this country.  
   “Today, if we should take a good look at happenings around us, both nationally and internationally, the rates of promiscuity, pornography, drunkenness, same sex issues, lying and more are in their peak.  It is recorded in Scripture according to 1 Corinthians 6:9 the things affecting our youths. These are our supposed future leaders, hanging on ‘the wind’ (the things that can profit them nothing). There are many abnormalities prevailing in their lives. Even their dress codes be-tray their actions and contrary depict their true personalities.
   The things happening in their lives are the protruding negative signals that should alert and press us to rise up and address such eye sore in our nation and even beyond.
