Certain groups rage about a supposed “War on Women,” but the real war is the War on Children. Children are under assault from every direction and they need protection from their parents and society more than ever.
How are children being assaulted?
1). As it relates to their origins. Children need to understand that they are a product of a loving God who has a divine plan for them. They are a unique creation. This is a completely different world view from evolution. Children are not a product of amorphous slime controlled by outside forces.
2). A culture of death. The most obvious assault is abortion. However, this culture is so pervasive that children do not understand the power of death. Suicide is rampant among teenagers.
3). Sexuality and purity. The protection of purity is under attack. Because fatherlessness is so common, children aren’t being protected anymore. It is a father’s duty and honor to perform this function and prevent the emotional, mental and physical loss of innocence.
4). Pornography. The average age of exposure is 9. I personally have a hard time wrapping my head around that fact. This is the real War on Women.
