LIFE!

   We take our daily lives for granted. We go to sleep at night, knowing that we will awaken in the morning and start a new day. But how often do we stop to think about the most precious gift we could have in the world -- LIFE! All of the money, positions, power and worldly goods can never take the place of the most basic gift of all -- life itself. If we have no life, we have nothing.

   With the holidays rapidly approaching -- Thanksgiving and Christmas -- and, all the other celebrations for those who hold other beliefs, we don’t stop to think about the wonderful gift we have. It was given to us without restraint and conditions. We were conceived in the womb, developed until we were ready to enter this world, and were born to live this life.  Where would we be without life? We wouldn’t be anywhere. 

   Many people are not able to celebrate the holidays because they don’t have the means, they haven’t been blessed with good fortune, and in some cases have to worry about another mouth to feed because of an unexpected pregnancy. For many, sadly, abortion becomes a reality.
