'WILD' Report from Malawi

  Based in Rhinelander, Wise, Intentional Leadership Development (WILD), is a Christ-centered, interdenominational, international organization which exists to effectively implement Biblical leadership principles to leaders of all ages in an intentional, strategic manner.  
   WILD builds Christ-centered relationships with people throughout the world who pray and work together.  WILD also equips Christians with tools, skills and written, instructional resources for discipleship and mentoring. 
   Leaders contextualize the training material to their cultures and are provided opportunities to teach their own people.  Finally, WILD empowers Christian leaders to develop leaders because we believe leadership multiplication is essential for the infrastructure and growth of churches, communities and governments.
   As WILD is invited into a country, we equip and empower nationals from that country to develop a team of people who will take the WILD material to their people.  
   From the Rhinelander base, WILD provides material and finances to do training.  At the same time WILD lays out to the nationals the vision of how and why biblical leadership is vital at all levels of society.
