2017 Athanatos Fest and Passion Experience A Big Success!

GREENWOOD, Wis.
   This summer, Athanatos Christian Ministries hosted its second annual Christian Arts and Apologetics Festival in Greenwood, Wisconsin.  It featured musicians, writers, and speakers from near and far.  The region’s MPK Christian Celtic Band performed, and Dr. Richard Weikart of the Discovery Institute was a main speaker.  Additionally, award winning authors such as Joseph Courtemanche provided practical advice for writers.  Finally, the event was capped off with a dramatic re-enactment of Jesus’ trials, death, and resurrection.

   The verdict?  All who attended said do it again!

   Athanatos Christian Ministries is an apologetics ministry that focuses on defending the Christian faith in our culture in unconventional ways.  

   ACM’s director, Dr. Anthony Horvath, says, “You can’t argue someone out of a position they weren’t argued into in the first place.  Many people absorb attitudes that are hostile to Christianity from the culture they are in.  Unfortunately, in the last hundred years or so, Christians abandoned the field, and secularists filled the vacuum.  The consequences of this are clear now to almost everyone.”
