The Candy Store

Editor, Wisconsin Christian News:
   Our family store business was located next door to Tremblay’s Candy Store.  At that time, the sweetest place in town.  Almost every woman coming to our tourist town made it a “must” to visit Tremblay’s, right in the center of downtown.

   Their store, of course, was the busiest during our summer tourist season.  Kids as well as grown ups.  Always being overwhelmed by all the sweet choices available to them.  Fudge was always a “must,” mixed in large kettles in their front window.  Then on special occasions those “chocolate covered strawberries” were sold out front on the street.

   Are you getting it?  All those “sweet treat” choices!

   You, too, have many choices today.  You can serve God or yourself.  You can go “God’s way” or the world’s way.  You can choose Jesus as Lord and Saviour and serve Him or you can reject Him and go your own way.

   Which will it be?  You only have one choice.  What will that be?
