Watching Fox and Friends this morning and Hannity last night, it’s becoming more and more concerning that Satan is turning this nation into a socialist state. He is raising up an increasing number of convincing voices that appeal to the Godless, mindless masses who only want their itching ears to be tickled. And they vote — some of them illegally.
So what are we to do? Can America be saved from all of this? Can we return to some point in the past where everything was perfect? Or was it ever perfect? Was America ever a Christian nation? No. The Bible does not support the concept of a Christian nation. Do we have a tendency to fall into the “Kingdom Now” trap? Yes, because we hate what is happening to our country, and we hope that phone calls to Washington and prayer will fix the boo-boo. Utopia existed in the Garden and won’t be seen again until the New Heavens and New Earth. God’s Word is supreme in all things, and He tells us that the world is headed for the disasters described in the Revelation. That is unavoidable.
