Trail Ridge Camp in Hillsboro invites all men and boys to its “Father/Son Retreat” beginning at 5pm on Friday, October 5 through the Sunday morning worship service on October 7. The theme of this year’s retreat is “Blueprints for Life.”
The guest speaker is Dr. Les Ollila, Director of “Building Great Leaders” ministry and former Chancellor of Northland Baptist Bible College. Dr. Ollila will discuss the importance of following God’s plan for your life as taught through the Scriptures.
This weekend will include four different chapel sessions that will build you up and invigorate you to follow the blueprints from God’s Word to help you be the man God designed you to be.
Single men are also encouraged to come and will greatly benefit from both the fellowship and the teaching. Or if you desire, you can “adopt a son” and bring him along for this special weekend.
Activities planned for the retreat include rifle range, trap shooting, archery, fishing, boating, softball, and go-carts.
Five meals are included this weekend starting with a Friday night supper and finishing up with a Sunday morning breakfast.
