The Counterfeit 'Christmas' of Mohammed

    I would love to ask Muslims which virgin birth story they believe. Do they believe the virgin birth according to the Bible account or the story according to the Qur’an? Of course, Muslims believe the story of the Qur’an, but which story in the Qur’an? Is it the story found in Qur’an chapter 3 or in chapter 19? 

   The Mary in Qur’an 3:42-48 is a completely different Mary from the one in Qur’an 19:16-30.  Mohammed taught Muslims in the Qur’an that Mary, the mother of Jesus, was the daughter of Amran (Qur’an 66:12 and 19:28), making her the sister of Aaron and Moses. According to the Bible, Mary, the mother of Jesus, is the daughter of Heli (Luke 3:23) and has nothing to do with Mary the sister of Moses and Aaron.

   The two Qur’an virgin birth stories contradict each other in other points. We will first look at Qur’an 19:16-21 and 24.  “And remember in the book Miriam, when she went apart from her family to an eastern place.  So she took a veil apart from them. So we sent our spirit to her, so he appeared to her a normal human.  She said, ‘Surely I seek refuge with the merciful from you if you were a fearer.’  He said, ‘Surely I am only a messenger of your lord that I may grant to you a righteous son.’  She said, ‘How can I have a son when no man has touched me, and I was not unchaste? ...
