Full Program Announced for God Country Family Christian Film Festival

   I write this with one eye on the article you’re now reading, and one on the election results, that are trickling in for the 2018 midterms. It’s early evening on Tuesday, November 6. Still too soon to tell who will win control of the House of Representatives. (And likewise too early to determine who will be Governor of the great state of Wisconsin). Of course, the usual apparatchiks and liberal pundits are prophesying a Democrat victory. Much as they did for the 2016 presidential election. One can only pray that their biased and vitriol-filled voices are wrong again.

   That one of our two major political parties has slid so far from traditional American values – be it by supporting abortion on demand; denying that America has sovereignty to control its own borders; circumventing the 1st amendment and religious liberty with screams of “hate speech;” calling for the revocation of the 2nd amendment; and, let’s be honest, throwing the entire Constitution overboard – but can still be the leading contender to control this nation’s lower chamber is a disgrace. It would have been unthinkable even a generation ago. To put it in allegorical terms: the Founding Fathers aren’t just rolling in their graves, they’re starring in the Circus de Soleil of the afterlife.
