What is grace? Grace is everything God has provided for us, free of any charge as a debt to be paid. Grace, by definition, has nothing to do with whether we deserve it or not! The only reason one would see limited grace is if one would take advantage of God’s grace with the attitude that we somehow deserved it, or, for some reason thinking His grace is owed to us, making gratitude unnecessary.
Grace is a foundational principal established in the first three chapters of Genesis, confirmed by John in John 1:1-14. “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God… And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.” What do these verses in John tell us about Jesus the Son of God, the only begotten of the Father, “conceived in her (Mary, by and only) of the Holy Ghost,” (Matthew 1:20).
