This is What I've Learned...From 'Cabin Fever'

   Are you suffering with cabin fever? Are your mental walls closing in on you? Has the air inside your head become stale, due to overthinking from being cooped up too long with yourself this winter?  I’m Layton Howerton and I live in the mountains of Montana, where the winters are long, snowy and cold, and about this time of year it’s a pretty common malady for what we call “cabin fever” to set in with a mild case of situational and seasonal depression. 

   Now I don’t know what part of the country you may reside in, but come mid to late winter, a lot of folks all over seem to suffer with cabin fever. Naturalist John Muir said, “I only went out for a walk and finally concluded to stay out ‘til sundown, for going out, I found, was really going in.”
 
   So, do you need to get out, go for a walk and ventilate your brain, to expand the power of the positive possibilities and productive work that God has for you to do…today?  Well if short days and dark nights are getting to you, then here’s one sure fire way to break cabin fever with one of God ...
