An Introduction to the Set Apart Ministries Messianic Fellowship

Though most are in southern states, yes, there are Messianic ministries in Wisconsin; and they are definitely not the same as a Masonic group, despite a similar sounding name! Set Apart Ministries (SAM) is one of many groups here, mostly home fellowships, though several have a facility of their own.

SAMs foundational purpose was to be a faith community for those who have experienced severe emotional trauma and abuse as they come out of abusive family backgrounds. This purpose was enlarged, as the understanding of Torah developed, to include being an intentional faith community with multi-generation study and worship that assists in the restoration of the lost heritage of the Hebrew roots of our faith. Though similar to many Messianic Fellowships around the world, SAM is also different, particularly in the belief that maturity is a core issue in our ability to walk out our faith in Messiah Yeshua. Intentional and prayerful work on the relational structure of this community as well as study, praise and fellowship together is a hallmark. Our Mission statement is Hebrews 10: 32-39.
