The Lord monitors the movements of every person in the entire mass of humankind. Nothing on the face of the earth takes place without His knowledge of it and now with this virus, some ministers are saying God had nothing to do with these disasters. Yet nothing could be further from the truth. This kind of thinking is causing our nation to rapidly miss the message God wants to speak to us. If we don’t hear God’s truth and face it, our nation is doomed.
If God had to judge Israel because of their rebellious attitude then America is not going to get a free pass either. After everything we’ve witnessed in recent weeks, we risk missing God’s message to us. We call for a moment of silence and think it is going to fix our problems.
Our own political leaders worked to rule God out of American society. They are even determined to remove God’s name from American history books. They’ve allowed the murder of millions of babies through abortion. They may speak of God but continue to slide into the mire of immorality. They may give lip service to God but still turn inward to their own strength to rise above the correction. We resolve to overcome any problem, yet we miss God’s message to our nation.
