God's Gifts Equal His Grace (Part Seven)

   We can only imagine what eternity with our God, Creator and Savior will be like with everything new, just as it was in the garden of Eden.  The only glimpses we have are found in Genesis 1 and 2 where God had pronounced everything was very good.  No anxiety, no shame, no fear, just perfect fellowship with the Creator as they walked in the cool of the day.  Also in Revelation 21 and 22, where everything again is made new and undefiled.  “No more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be anymore pain: for the former things are passed away” Revelation 21:4.  There is again “a pure river of water of life… and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life (just as it was in the garden of Eden, but now two of them), which bear twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations (to heal the memories).  And there shall be no more curse…  And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever” Revelation 22:2-5.  In that day, and only then will we also know like Adam what we had lost by the knowledge of evil brought into this world.  Knowing as we are also known by God (I Corinthians 13:12).
