On 9-11-2021 many of us observed the 20th anniversary of our war with Afghanistan but now we would do well to turn our attention to the battle of confusion that has been raging against us and to which we have been oblivious.
It is one that has resulted in not only the loss of lives but increasing loss of liberties. Though any loss of life is tragic, particularly in the time of war, the numbers pale in comparison to increased suicides, excess mortality of those in covalescence and the staggering numbers of babies killed in the womb.
In times past when we followed after the principles upon which this nation was founded and had more civility toward those most vulnerable, we enjoyed a pattern of prosperity, but in moving away from those values we have experienced a trend of defeat.
By placing our trust in non-credible authorities instead of God we have opted for racial division, gender confusion and instability.
In making “race” a higher standard for eligibility rather than ability, we have hindered those who could have otherwise protected us and now we see a mass exodus of our police force. Frankly, anyone in their right mind who is need of emergency assistance doesn’t care about the skin color of their rescuer.
