As our family began transitioning into a new season of life, God very clearly showed my husband and me that I was supposed to serve Him by stepping out in faith to serve Him in a much different way than I had been. A way that would grow my confidence in Him. A way that would strengthen my walk with Him, that would bring me out of my comfort zone and challenge me to rely on Him while making the world smaller and helping to demonstrate the power of prayer — and all from my little corner of the world — a small town with a population of 7,642!
WILD stands for Wise Intentional Leadership Development, a Christ-centered international organization that is intentional about implementing biblical leadership principles to leaders of all ages. Simply put, WILD is about investing in others and developing them as leaders. As part of my role, I get to work behind the scenes to help equip our team members around the world to not only grow as leaders themselves but also help equip them to disciple others into being better leaders, and all while being developed as a leader myself!
