Engaged in teaching, discussion, testimonies, prayer, fellowship, and Christ’s model of leadership and mentorship, learners gratefully and joyfully receive new spiritual truths, hopeful to develop the characteristics of the spiritual leader God has called them to be. Over time, through much prayer and the work of the Holy Spirit, the seeds of spiritual wisdom planted in the hearts of the learners through the consistent nurturing and often sacrificial investment of the mentors, produce a fruitful harvest of righteous living and growth in Christian witness.
Integrity, prayerfulness, humility in service, faithfulness, sincere brotherly love, and accountability are each modeled and reproduced as personal priorities become God-centered and God’s purpose is embraced.
