This Is Where We Are Supposed To Preach!

   “They that are whole need not a physician; but they that are sick. I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.” -Luke 5:31-32.

   Most recently, we had a caller call in to the radio show to pick apart a fellow soldier of the cross in whom we have had as a guest several times (2 Timothy 2:3-5).

   The caller questioned the credibility of this brother for being in places that were dark, worldly, and filled with idolatry. He is known for confronting a defying tyrant at every given step (Romans 12:21).

   “And ye shall be brought before governors and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them and the Gentiles.”  -Matthew 10:18.

   No sooner did this lack of scriptural understanding come out of this caller’s mouth when I said that we are accused of the same things that you are accusing and questioning concerning this particular individual (Matthew 5:10-13).

   We are lied about, mocked, scoffed, and persecuted; and in all of this, for preaching in places that are filled with sinners.

   “Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled.” -Luke 14:23

   Guess what friends, that is where we are supposed to be! We are not called to go to Mexico to teach them Spa ...
