In part 1 of this article, Dr. Jamal Omer, a Muslim author of the book, The Road to Hypocrisy for the Coptic Orthodox, wrote the following four verses. “For you have perverted the words of the living God, the LORD of hosts, our God” (The Holy Bible). “He who has no sword, let him sell his garment and buy one” (The Christ, to him all the glory). “He who is not with Me is against Me” (The Christ, George Bush the son, to them be all the glory).“But bring here those enemies of mine, who did not want me to reign over them, and slay them before me” (The Christ, George Bush the son, to them be all the glory). We will respond to the first two of these verses in this article.
Prophet Jeremiah wrote in Jeremiah 23:36: “And the oracle of the LORD you shall mention no more. For every man’s word will be his oracle, for you have perverted the words of the living God, the LORD of hosts, our God.”
Most Muslim deceivers use this verse as evidence that the Jewish people distorted and perverted the words of God in the Bible. Therefore the Bible is no longer a trustworthy book.
