Alphabet Soup People: Which Rights Are You Being Denied?

Complimentary Story
March 2023

The LGBTQIA activists keep saying that we on the conservative, “extreme” right deny or restrict their fundamental rights. They feel these “rights” include allowing children to undertake dangerous hormone therapy, chemical castration, and the mutilation of their bodies through elective gender surgeries.
I refer to the LGBTQIA as the Alphabet Soup People/Person (ASP) since they keep adding letters. Are the ASP being denied their rights under the Bill of Rights? Let find out.

1st Amendment – “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.”
Do the ASP not hold marches? Do they not rally on the steps of state legislatures and the Capitol in Washington, D.C. (peaceably to assemble, freedom of speech) to protest legislation they disagree with (redress of grievances)? Are no “churches” like the Unitarian Universalists and other denominations openly promoting the ASP? Are there not homosexuals and transgenders working as journalists for media across America? Are no magazines, blogs, radio shows, or television channels which cater to the ASP (free press)? If their rights to a free press are being denied, how come all their media venues still operate, and their owners have not been arrested and prosecuted already?
Are there no transgenders serving in positions of authority (cabinet members, Congressmen, governors, and attorney generals)? Their 1st Amendment rights aren't restricted.

2nd Amendment – “the right to keep and bear arms.”
Have you heard of an ASP denied the right to own a firearm anywhere in America solely for being homosexual/transgender?
Are there not, unfortunately, ASP serving in the military trained to use firearms?

4th Amendment – “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause...”
Can any ASP cite one case where police came to the door of a homosexual activist and said, “We’re going to search your residence. Since you are a homosexual, we don’t need a warrant, and you have no right to know what we are looking for or the places we will search?”

5th Amendment – prohibits an accused person from being tried twice for the same charge, being forced to testify at his trial, denying life, liberty or property without due process, or having property taken without just compensation.
Can any ASP cite one case where a judge to an accused ASP, “The 5th Amendment only protects charged heterosexuals. Charged homosexuals/transgenders have to testify.”
What about life, liberty or property taken from an ASP without due process or their property taken without compensation? Where is that happening? Is double jeopardy being imposed on a charged ASP who has been found not guilty?

6th Amendment – “…the right to a speedy and public trial, impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.”
Can any ASP cite one case where a judge said that a charged ASP could not see all the evidence against him, could not cross-examine witnesses, and will not be informed of the charges against him because of his orientation?

7th Amendment – the right to a trial by jury.
Have any charged ASP been told, “Only charged heterosexuals can have a jury trial. Charged homosexuals/transgenders can only hear their cases from a judge.”

8th Amendment – “Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.”
Are ASP charged with crimes not permitted bail in America? Are they in custody subject to “cruel and unusual punishments?” If they are, that would be unconstitutional and wrong!

If any ASP had these rights violated, the Constitution Party would be right there condemning those violations and demanding that whoever assaulted an ASP while in custody be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We would demand that a judge/district attorney who denied a charged ASP his due process rights be removed from office.
Our rights come from God; they are inalienable from birth. Whatever rights heterosexuals have, homosexuals have, and Leftists know it!
So, since ASP have the same rights that we heterosexuals have, I have to conclude they want extra rights.
So, ASP. There is no Constitutional right 1) to be liked, 2) to have your lifestyle/orientation (sin) recognized by individuals or by law, 3) to have your preferred pronoun used and recognized by others, 4) to not be offended, 5) to falsify legal documents (birth certificates, for example), 6) to silence the speech and beliefs of others, 7) to dox people, ruin their reputations (slander or libel) or to get them fired 8) to compel mandatory gender studies in public schools or hide information from parents about their children 9) to take children from their parents’ homes or take away parents’ custodial rights away because they are teaching their children values you don’t agree with, 10) to compel another private citizen to labor for you (design a wedding cake, produce flyers, etc). And finally, ASP, you do not have the right to 11) impose your or your children’s mental health problems on others or their children in locker rooms, athletic competitions, or anywhere else.
