It is a time of optimism and hope. Well, what if I told you I could guarantee you success in 2024? It’s possible! Of course, it largely depends on what you set as your goal. The Bible gives us a formula for guaranteed success. Wrapping up our articles on the love chapter, 1 Corinthians 13, is verse 8a NKJV “Love never fails.”
Did you hear that? Love Never Fails… never! That means, it always succeeds! Guaranteed success is ours when we make love our goal.
Years ago, I saw a skit that gave a powerful demonstration of this. There was a woman carrying a basket of beautiful red apples. First, she went to her teenager’s room to give them an apple… with their headphones on and music blaring, they quickly closed the door in their mother’s face. Next she went to her husband, offering him an apple that he laid aside because he was too busy with work emails and phone calls. Finally, she went to a friend’s house, who, in anger, took her apple and threw it on the ground.
