With many countries following the British education system, December is a time for the young people to be out of school. Thus, numerous WILD countries host youth camps full of WILD leadership development teachings and fun.
The end of the calendar year means a yearly WILD National team retreat either in December or January. During these retreat days, 2023 activities are reviewed, 2024 proposed trainings are put together, prayer and fellowship flow throughout the time together and ministry focus areas are emphasized.
Team Building games and activities give the National teams time to get to know each other better and have some fun at the same time.
