Mike is Executive Director of Headwaters Christian Youth and Wise, Intentional Leadership Development in Rhinelander. Mike has worked and spoken to many teens and adults both here in the United States and Africa over the past 25 years. Seminars like Becoming a High Impact Teacher, Ministry is Relationships, Youth Leaders' Training and Spirtual Leadership Development and youth speaking are offered by Mike. He also does coaching for leaders and pastors along with assisting pastors in pastoral renewal.

Ryan Betancur
Ryan Betancur
Ryan grew up in the mountains of Colorado and has decades of outdoor experience. He served 5 years active duty in U.S. Army military intelligence as a Persian and Dari linguist, worked for FEMA and is a certified disaster relief worker with Crisis Response International. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration and Emergency Management and is currently working on his Master's in Homeland Security and Emergency Management. Preparing the church to partner with Jesus' plans for the future and to be the active hands and feet of His love in the midst of crisis are his passion and his calling.
