This book lays out the case for the accuracy of the biblical account of creation and describes various problems with the theory of evolution. The author's time as an undergraduate physics major at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater challenged him to defend what he believed about creation as he faced a litany of science professors, all of whom believed in evolution. Seegert says, if creation, as found in the book of Genesis, was actually true, there had to be a lot of evidence for it. Conversely, if evolution was false, theoretically, there shouldnt be any real evidence for it. This was his logic as he pursued finding the necessary information supportive of creation and contrary to that of evolution. While acknowledging that neither view is capable of being proven by science, he elucidates plenty of evidence for the truths of creation and the falsities of evolution. The reader will learn, however, that there is much more to this debate than facts and evidence.

Seegert notes that Christians are often afraid of in-depth discussions with evolutionists because they dont think they have accurate and intelligent answers to give to those who appear to be much more scientific in their arguments. The evolutionists seem to have more conclusive facts supporting their side than our mere faith which we may think is the only basis for our belief in creation and that lacks any concrete evidence.
