A Failure in the Moravian Church

The Moravian Church is well known for their mission work.  For 280+ years this denomination had been supporting missionaries to various parts of the world, so that “heathens” might come to know the Word of God.  They reached out to Africa, the Cara bean islands, Greenland, Labrador, Alaska, etc., and of course also to many areas of the lower 48 states.  Their courageous work began during the early 1700s.  These folks endured enormous hardships as they journeyed for weeks on end through primitive lands, knowing without a doubt that the Bible is God’s word.  Their work was a mission of faith and love. As a result of these effort, tens of thousands of people today worship the one and only true God and accept Christ as their Savior.
