Wisconsin Family Action Provides Custom, Personalized 2014 Voter Guide Online

MADISON, Wis.
Complimentary Story

Wisconsin Family Action has recently launched their online 2014 Voter Guide, your best voting resource for the Wisconsin General Election in November.
Using the Guide is simple... just log on at WFA.iVoterGuide.com, enter your name, address and email, and the site will return a list of all the races and candidates in your area.
In addition, the Guide provides evaluations of the candidates on your ballot, along with the background information you need to make an informed vote.  Vote ratings, endorsements, candidate statments on the issues and more are available for review.
Candidates were invited to answer specific questions or make statements on items of interest to voters.  Some of the statements the Candidates weighed in on were:
   • “It is the government’s responsibility to be sure everyone has health care and a livable income.”
   • “The United States must maintain a nuclear arsenal that is safe, reliable, modern and numerically superior to those of potential adversaries.”
   • “The Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) should be repealed by Congress.”
   • “Marriage is a union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.”
In addition, by using the Guide, you will be able to find out the various candidates’ views on such things as:
   • Border Patrol and Immigration.
   • Islamic Law
• Gun Control
•  Voter Identification.
•  Common Core
Interestingly, both Governor Scott Walker and his Democratic challenger Mary Burke, refrained from answering any of the questions on the questionnaire.  Still, voters can read about the various candidates’ public records, donations received and endorsements.
As an example, Mary Burke has received endorsements from the AFL-CIO, Fair Wisconsin PAC, Feminist Majority, LPAC - Lesbian/Bi-Sexual/Transgender, Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin, United Auto Workers, and Wisconsin League of Conservation Voters.
Meanwhile, Walker has received endorsements from American Legacy PAC, Conservative Strike Force and Wisconsin Right to Life.
With the upcoming election being one of the most important in recent history when it comes to retaining traditional morals and family values, it is more important than ever for Wisconsin voters to be well informed ahead of time, and to be sure to vote Novemer 4.
Wisconsin Family Action stands ready and available to assist voters during election time.  If you have any questions, need assistance, or would like an individual print version of the 2014 Voter Guide, contact their office directly at 608-268-5074.
