Are You Voting For Light or Darkness?

   Elections in America are essentially between two factions – Democrats and Republicans.  Other parties are mostly irrelevant in the long run.  How many of you vote a particular way because your family or union always votes that way?  How many of you actually research a candidate's abilities and strengths and their political history and collect all the information you can that enables you to make an informed choice?  How many of you know a candidate's criminal record or history of questionable actions?  How many of you have watched and listened to a candidate's speeches, press conferences and interviews, looking for qualities that would or would not make him or her a good leader for this country?  How many of you have considered a candidates real accomplishments?  How many of you will make a choice based solely on what you have heard from the main stream media?  How many of you actually think before you vote?  How many of you know what you believe and WHY you believe it?
