So where are our spiritual leaders and pastors speaking to the general public about truth of God’s moral expectations for our country? Now I have heard the argument that we are to build the Church of Christ. But at one time, 60 years ago, Christian values had a say in movies, TV, schools, and every part of our society. Now we hear the Word inside our churches, but we never, or very seldom hear God’s truth spoken in the public arena. Why is this?
When Jesus was here on earth He was speaking to the masses, whoever would listen, and He sure got into a lot of heated debates. I know He didn’t come to overrule the Roman empire but to build His Church, but He still spoke to the public.
As we all know, our society is getting more and more evil every day. And I pray that God would revive our nation and convict us of our lack of acknowledging Him.
