Trail Ridge Bible Camp 2018 ‘Character Quest: A Life-Changing Journey Through God’s Word’

The word “character” can mean strength, spirit, courage, and moral fiber. These are the goals of the Trail Ridge Bible Camp theme this summer.

Kids Kamp, Teen Camp, and Lifeline Camp will focus on maturing each camper’s character through Bible study, discussions, and camp activities.

Campers will study the real life experiences of men and women in the Bible and the ramifications of the decisions they made throughout their lives. Discussions will examine whether a decision was a good one or a bad one, as well as how things would have turned out differently for those who made bad decisions if only a ‘Godly” path was chosen.

Campers will learn the necessity of having God’s input in all their decisions throughout their lives and how a strong Biblical understanding will strengthen their character.

Chapel sessions will be led by a special guest speaker at each week of camp.  There will be Scripture memorization contests, group devotional times, and singing of sacred songs.

The campers will also have plenty of free time for outdoor fun with the enormous slip ‘n slide, go-karts, archery, sand volleyball, boating, canoeing, swimming, and octo-ball. There is also the game room which houses ping pong, foosball, pool, and air hockey for times of friendly competition.
