The Way, The Truth and The Life

   Jesus said; “I am the Way the Truth and the Life.”  That points us to the fact that He exists in more than one form. Jesus is more than the written Word. Truth exists outside of the written pages of the Bible. Truth exists in all of God’s creation. His creation screams the Truth at us. All true Science exults and sings praises to God and His Truth. The Bible is no more all the Word than a recipe is the cake it is describing.

   The written Word is a confirmation of the Way, the Truth and the Life.

   Jesus Himself is all three: The Way, The Truth and the Life. We can look at any aspect of these and see God. The Lie is Deception and the Truth is Reality. To know the written word is not all there is of Reality. You need only to look around to confirm that.

   We, as believers, know that Jesus came to point us to Reality. Everything He has created confirms to the unbeliever that He exists. That is why He says, “they are without excuse.”

   It is not wrong for us to use what we call secular arguments, (arguments using things which He has created in Life to bring His Reality to the nonbeliever).
