Jesus knew what was in a man’s heart, we do not. Jesus had a definite advantage over any of us because He was God Himself here on earth, clothed in the flesh of a man. We as humans, even though we have the Holy Spirit and God’s Word probably won’t get it perfect when we share God’s Word. I believe that God uses our frailties and our weaknesses, because we need to identify with the people around us. Everyone is weak in our natural selves, but God’s Holy Spirit uses our weaknesses to convey His strength. Paul himself said he was weak, but he wanted people to only know Jesus Christ crucified, and the power of the Holy Spirit to reveal what only Christ could do to change a person’s life, by granting repentance and new birth through the Spirit.
