The Table Most Walked By

   Recently I was at a Christian exposition where I was an exhibitor. My wife really sets up an attractive booth. The table has wildlife décor, like a duck, lots of drift wood and deer antler sheds. There are free items like a bracelet and lots of bite size candy. My book is for sale and artistically displayed amidst the colorful array. There are several free educational hand outs. Then there is my wife seated there and in my opinion, she is beautiful. She tells me I am handsome, but perhaps this line is only our opinion about each other and that’s okay. 

   It was mid way through the second day when the man behind the exhibit table next to us made a statement. He was exhibiting a book also and lots of material on pro life topics.  Assuredly a great cause. I also believe the murder of the pre born must stop. He was getting a good amount of attention but he was noticing that most people walked past our table.  He said, “You must have the table most walked by.”  I told him to watch the faces as people saw the larger words on a banner backdrop and on some of the literature. The words “sex trafficking” make people cautious but when they see the word “PORNOGRAPHY,” they look down and away as though they have something to hide.
