In Our Salvation, We Are Not Left Alone

   In my last article here, the Scriptures make it very clear that it is our responsibility to make the salvation provided for us by our Savior, the Lord God and Creator to work in our daily lives.  It will not happen without our will being reconciled to His will.

   Again in Philippians 2:12-16, it says “Work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.  For it is God which worketh in you both to will and do His good pleasure. (Therefore) do all things without murmurings and disputings: That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world,” fulfilling His good pleasure.

   His children must be of the same mind to be as an example of His “true light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world” (John 1:4-9).

   Way back in Hosea 4:6 God said, “My people are destroyed for the lack of knowledge: Because thou hast rejected knowledge.”  God has provided all the knowledge we need, in order to live as we were created to live.
