Years ago, I knew a godly man named George Wilson. He told the story that one time, a tornado was coming toward his house. He prayed and the tornado turned and went in another direction. He told me that when he was in the service, they wanted all the men to get flu shots. The men all got flu shots, then they all got the flu. He didn’t get a flu shot and he did not get the flu.
When he got home, he worked for an industry here. They wanted everyone who worked there to get a flu shot. They would pay for it. He thought, “if it is free, I guess I get one.” He got a flu shot, then he got the flu.
