It's For Your 'Safety'

   Are we now living in a Bizarro world where a Utopian never-never land called America has  become George Orwell’s Dystopian 1984?  A nation where Big Brother followed by dutifully-trained sheeple now dominates the political landscape of the once fruited plains?  What was formally a land flowing with milk and honey now has unsuspecting residents being yanked out of their cars and/or off the streets to face punitive damages for trying to exercise their liberties. Are we soon to become a State whose sovereigns are dragged from their homes and placed in detention centers for the good of the order and the health of our nation?  

   Folks, our government is out of control. The inmates (our public servants) are running the asylum and if I hear the phrase “we are in this together” or “we are all united in a common cause” one more time I am going to scream.  The only common cause I see is the destruction of this nation starting with the economy and ending with our health care system.  Speaking of healthcare, it wasn’t that long ago when socialized medicine was rightly being kicked out of the American household. Then Whammo — in just 2 months, the public is found clamoring for a draconian government-run health care system inherent with Marxist standards.
