Leap of Faith Event was Awesome

As I looked down from the stands of Lambeau Field on 07/07/07, my first thought was the Packers scored. Top to bottom, end zone to end zone, hands were reaching high as if signaling a completed field goal attempt. Across the Tundra is a stage brimming with musicians and hundreds of people in the stands with Bibles in hand clearly praising and worshiping our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
It was beastly hot yet this was no desert experience. Far from it! Leap of Faith Lambeau was a God-inspired, God-ordained event unlike any other. Pat Boyer, President of the Leap of Faith Group, local business owner, and Executive Director for the Green Bay Christians in Business Association has a vision to build unity among Christians to bring us back to a time when our Christian heritage influences our way of life globally - individually and corporately.
Picking up a newspaper, listening to the evening news, and just about any other media resource paints a dark picture as to where we are heading. Are the end-times near? Can it be avoided? Leap of Faith Lambeau was a gathering of Christians praying for healing the world and to bring unity and peace among our diverse cultures from sea to shining sea. It was a time to learn, a time to repent, a time to hope, a time to act, and a time to praise and worship our loving God.
